Veterinary Urgent Care and Emergency Services

We provide urgent care and limited emergency care for our clients/patients during business hours. If you’re a current client with a patient in need of urgent or emergency care during our business hours, please call our office to speak with a member of our team. Remember to remain calm, and provide as much information to our client care team as possible so they can prepare our patient care team for your arrival.

As a general practice hospital, we are not fully equipped for all emergencies and are unable to provide overnight/weekend care. We will triage and stabilize patients, but may recommend transferring your pet to a local emergency clinic after stabilizing patients for transport. The closest emergency clinic to our office is Carolina Veterinary Specialists (336 896 0902) located at 1600 Hanes Mall Blvd, Winston Salem NC 27103. If we are transferring your pet’s care to Carolina Veterinary Specialist we will call them while you are on your way.
